FSC®-certified timber
Simedva JSC is certified by the Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC®) (FSC certificate registration code: SCS-COC-007784), which means that we only use premium FSC-certified timber in the production of our outdoor furniture. FSC certification is recognised as the highest standard, signifying that the wood comes from responsibly managed, socially responsible and economically viable forestry.
We promote responsible forest management and timber sourcing, ensuring that our activities are always environmentally friendly. By choosing exclusively natural materials from carefully selected local forests and by preserving the environment, we are able to not only offer the highest quality end product, but also reduce the amount of emissions from transport. By securing high-efficiency local manufacturing processes, we reduce energy costs and waste.
Reforestation
With a view to mitigating climate change, reforestation plays an integral role in sustainable solutions that have enormous and immediate benefits for our planet. Trees help absorb carbon dioxide (CO2), preserve wildlife habitats, clean the air, water and soil, regulate the climate and cool urban areas.

Zero waste generation
Our activities are driven by the principle of zero waste and a policy of minimising pollution and harm to the environment. As a result, we reuse all wood residues from the manufacturing process by recycling them into briquettes. This ensures that our operations remain sustainable and environmentally friendly.
